As a Registered (RD) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree at Purdue University in Dietetics and Nutrition Fitness and Health. I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and specialize in menu planning for all disease states along with a strong focus on health and wellness. As a Dietitian, I feel that nutritional education is vital to achieve and maintain success. I have worked as a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist for over 16 years. My vision is to ensure that you stay motivated and get the support you need to reach your health and wellness goals.
